Most pictures on this website are of cacti. I am fascinated by the cactus family, started growing them when I was a kid, and never stopped ever since. Next to a nice, sometimes weird and alien looking, plant body, cacti have beautiful flowers! In the beginning of the flowering season I start looking for buds on the plants, and enjoy the weeks they take to grow into flowers. But, most cactus flowers only last for a quite short period, from one night to a few days. To capture these short moments of flowering, I started taking pictures. The rest is history...
